In September 2017, Devante Bond debuted in an NFL game against the Minnesota Vikings in a Week 3 game. The first tackle of his career was on October 5, 2017, against the New England Patriots. On September 1, 2018, he was again put on an injury reserve, 10 days after which he was waived from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. A month after that, he was re-signed by the Buccaneers. In March 2019, he re-signed his contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Bond joined the Chicago Bears on December 9, 2019. He became a member of the Chicago Bears again on February 22, 2020. He was released on July 26 and was re-signed with their practice squad on September 18, 2020. The talented player got promoted to the active list for the team's Week 2 game against the New York Giants.
Bond joined the Dallas Cowboys practice team on December 30, 2021.

Bond rejoined the Buccaneers on March 5, 2019. He came to the team once again on November 9, 2019. He moved to the Chicago Bears on December 9, 2019.
