Goff is a versatile player for the University of Maryland Terrapins softball team, playing both infield and catcher positions. She is a transfer from Purdue and is now in her Sophomore year with the Terrapins.

College Career

During her Sophomore season, Goff recorded a .297 batting average in 47 starts and 48 appearances, primarily as a catcher. She collected 25 hits and 27 runs (third on the team) including four doubles and eight RBI. Goff was also a threat on the bases, going 13-16 in stolen bases (third on the team) and drawing 20 walks (second on the team). Behind the plate, she threw out 11 runners, showcasing her defensive skills. She ended the season with a solid .992 fielding percentage.

Before joining Maryland, Goff made a statement in her Freshman season at Purdue, appearing in all 44 games, with 40 starts. The Lillington, North Carolina native finished the season with 20 runs and 33 hits (each second-highest on the team), a home run, and 17 walks. She was a key player for the Boilermakers, leading the team with two triples and four stolen bases. Goff will be earning a degree in Kinesiology while playing for the Terrapins. Her impressive skills and versatility make her a valuable player on the roster.
