1. Who We Are & Scope

This Privacy Policy is published by NextGenTM, Inc. d/b/a LootMogul ("LootMogul," "we," "us," or "our"). It applies to lootmogul.com, AI Agent Studio, Voice AI, Data Hub, enterprise and partner-facing products, APIs, integrations and related applications (the "Services"). SuperAthlete.ai is covered only where this Policy is expressly referenced there; otherwise its own notice governs.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on your use, we may collect:

• Account, contact and social sign-in data: name, email, username, password hash, contact details and information you authorize providers such as Facebook or Google to share, which may include account ID, name, email and profile picture. We do not receive social passwords.
• Professional and organization data: sport, team or organization affiliation, statistics and career information.
• Payment data: billing details processed by payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Voice, likeness and biometric data: recordings, voice models, voiceprints, photos, video, avatars and derived identity assets supplied by an adult individual or authorized rights holder.
• Knowledge and AI interaction data: documents, prompts, instructions, conversation history, persisted memory, embeddings, feedback and generated text, audio, image or video.
• Technical data: usage logs, device and network data, cookies, analytics, approximate location, and camera, wearable or sensor input only where a feature is enabled.

3. Purposes & Legal Bases

We use data to provide, personalize, secure, support and improve the Services; create accounts and process payments; operate licensed AI identities, memory and voice features; enforce consent, permissions and guardrails; communicate with you; evaluate performance and troubleshoot errors; detect abuse; comply with law; and enforce agreements. Where required, legal bases include contract, consent or explicit consent, legitimate interests and legal obligation.

4. Sharing, Providers & Disclosure

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share data with contracted providers for cloud hosting and storage, language/image/video/voice model inference, payments, authentication, communications, analytics, support and security; with authorized rights holders, teams, agencies, enterprise customers and partners; with professional advisers and regulators; in a corporate transaction; or where required by law or safety needs.

When you request an AI feature, relevant prompts, uploads, conversation context, voice or likeness inputs and Outputs may be transmitted to contracted AI providers to perform that request. Payment and social sign-in providers receive information needed for a transaction or authentication you initiate. Their notices may apply where they collect information directly. Enterprise customers may request our current provider-level subprocessor list.

5. International Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. For transfers from regions with restrictions, we use recognized mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate safeguards. See International Privacy.

6. Retention

We keep data as needed for the Service and authorized relationship, legal compliance, disputes and enforcement. Retention depends on the data's nature, sensitivity, purpose, account or contract status, risk and legal requirements. Verified deletion requests are handled within a commercially reasonable period, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention and documented backup-cycle requirements.

7. Security

We use administrative, organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the data and service, including access controls, encryption in transit for key systems and vendor oversight. No system is completely secure.

8. Children & Eligibility

The Services are intended for adults. The person whose licensed voice, likeness or biometric identity is onboarded must be at least 18. We do not onboard a minor's identity, including through a representative. Contact us if you believe a minor's data was provided contrary to this Policy.

9. Your Rights

Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling; appeal; use an authorized agent; and complain to a regulator. We do not discriminate for exercising rights and may verify identity and authority. 10. Changes

We may update this Policy. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where law requires.

12. Sources of Information

We collect information directly from you; from authorized rights holders, representatives, teams, agencies, enterprise customers and partners; automatically from devices and use; from payment, authentication and connected-service providers; and from public or licensed sources used to maintain professional, organization or Talent/Licensed IP records. A party providing your information must have authority to do so.

13. AI Processing & Automated Decisions

We process prompts, uploads, conversation context, Outputs and usage signals to provide AI features, enforce permissions and guardrails, detect abuse, evaluate quality, troubleshoot and improve the Services. Any use of identifiable content for generalized model training occurs only where disclosed and supported by an applicable legal basis, permission or agreement. Enterprise instructions control where stricter.

AI may rank, recommend, summarize, generate or route content. LootMogul does not use solely automated processing to make decisions about an individual that produce legal or similarly significant effects unless permitted by law with required notice, safeguards and a method to request human review.
